"Branched" to "default" ... original svn conversion tool named us "trunk." ...and that's not the "hg way." ... all the revisions in the webview are listing the branch as it's not the expected default one.

Removed all the unnecessary POSITION0 tapdancing. Technically, this fixes the glsl profile on Mac OS X, but really, it's fixing it everywhere; we were just getting lucky on other platforms.

Removed the unnecessary check on POSITION0 in emit_GLSL_finalize(). It's just walking a linked list and throwing away the results anyhow.
