TurtleSpace and into TobyFrame, pushed drawing code out of global functions
 and into TurtleSpace, and cleaned up boundaries between TobyFrame and its
 subclasses a little.

Doesn't really move this project forward at all...we're basically as functional
 as we were before this big-ass patch, but it improves code quality and design
 quite a bit, I think.
